Brent moved to Grande Prairie in 1991, coming to the area from British Columbia for College. He began following his dream of owning and investing in real estate in 1994 with his first purchase which lit a fire in him to help others achieve the same goal of home ownership. Brent has helped thousands of new buyers, seasoned investors and anyone in between achieve their own personal success whether that be a small home on a rented lot or a multi million-dollar commercial property. Brent prides himself on providing an unmatched value in the real estate industry by combining his experience and knowledge of real estate with a willingness to do what it takes to provide you with the results you deserve. Having served on the Local Real Estate Board and Provincial Associations as a Director and President, Brent is also heavily involved in helping to raise the standards and professionalism of all Alberta Agents to improve the quality of agents in Alberta to serve you better.
Brent is a ‘real estate nerd,’ but when not at the office he is perfecting his culinary skills, enjoying the great outdoors, or traveling. A favourite pastime, however, would be anything that involves spending time with his wife Leeann, daughter Ryleigh, and Hunni the French bulldog.

Raised on a farm outside of Grande Prairie, Kathleen brings her strong work ethic and knowledge of country life to her clients. Kathleen has been in Real Estate since 2016 and worked as a property manager to start. With that experience you’ll often find her showing properties to new and seasoned investors looking to build wealth through Real Estate. When she isn’t working you’ll find her adventuring with her family. She is always learning something new and encouraging others along the way. Amanda has been the Team North Assistant going on 2 years now and hasn’t looked back. Moving from B.C a few years ago she knew she wanted a career change and was always intrigued by Real Estate. After completing her Office Administrative Certificate at GPRC, she joined Team North right away and loves being a part of a professional team. She is excited to learn more about her community and provide clients with upstanding service. What’s more exciting than helping clients find their dream home, or selling and moving onto the next chapter in their lives. When not in the office, you can find Amanda exploring Grande Prairie and surrounding areas, waking her Bernese Timber, and riding her lease horse.
